Christmas at Mimi and Poppy's

We had Christmas with Mimi and Poppy on Blake's birthday. He's 36! Happy birthday, Dear!

After lunch and presents, the five of us took Blake shopping for a new suit and dress pants. Then we went to see Annie. M did great during the movie and we all liked it. 

Christmas at Granny's

We spent most of our Christmas day at Granny's. J was busy playing football with the big boys and I didn't get one picture of him. This beauty let me take her picture in her blue dress before I changed her into something more comfortable. She spent most of the day playing with the twins. They played hard and were exhausted by the end of the day!

There are so many of us we can't all fit in the living room anymore. The little ones fill up the floor!

Ethan got the pink chicken this year!

Merry Christmas!

Good morning! We still have to wake our children up on Christmas morning. I love that!

Santa came!!

K asked him for a pink bike and he brought it!

J wanted a remote control, fire breathing dragon. Well, that was the first wish for Santa. He tends to change his mind a couple of weeks before Christmas and Santa has usually finished his shopping. It's not remote control but it's pretty cool!

'Twas the Night Before Christmas

After worship, we fixed Santa a plate of goodies. When J was little, we started a fun tradition of leaving Santa a sandwich. Tonight, Santa gets his cookies and two mini sandwiches. J also wanted to leave him a taquito. And the elves get fudge this year!

We read our books before going to bed.

Christmas at Gram's

We went to Gram's for lunch on Christmas Eve. The girls were happy to see each other again so soon and they had fun playing. 

These two littles are a couple weeks apart. Baby L was born just a week ago. They were pretty sweet!

Decorating

We haven't done many holiday crafts this year but I pulled out some Melissa and Doug painting kits for J and K to do one afternoon. J made a ceramic car bank and K made a wooden flower box. They were cute and we had fun painting!

This little cutie wanted in on the action too. She has been a little fussy and spitting up some so we are doing lots of walking, bouncing, and cuddling!

We made sugar cookies for Santa and Mamaw came over to help the big kids ice them. I think they ate as much icing as they used on the cookies! Santa is going to love his snack!

Christmas at Mamaw and Papaw's House

We are ready to celebrate! The kids have been excited about this night for a while. They love having Christmas at Mamaw and Papaw's house.

J got a real bow from Seth and Jules. He was ready to try it out right then. 

This Frozen set was hard to find but Mamaw found it and K loves it!

Mom and Dad got J a kid's version of the kindle and K a purple leap pad. Let's hope I can figure out how to set them up so they can use them!
