Winter Break and More

The kids made giant valentine's for Mamaw and Papaw. M was a sweet onlooker.

We got in a few sibling snuggles.

I think she likes having J home.

We worked cows. J is really becoming a big helper. He works the poles.

Enjoying some sunshine...M did not like the hat.

If you look closely, you can see J. He was shooting his b.b. gun.

K had a cavity...bummer...and her dentist also fixed her chipped teeth in the front. She did such a great job! No crying! Her dentist said he wished all his patients were as good as she was.

Sundays...This girl keeps me busy during worship. Sometimes she just needs to lay down and kick. And sometimes she spits up everywhere and we have to change clothes.

No Cavities and a Visit

Monday, the kids had appointments to have their teeth cleaned.  J did great and had no cavities!  K actually went back with the hygienists without me but when they started to clean J's teeth first, she got scared and I had to go hold her.  She watched J intently and when her turn came, she cried but opened her mouth and let them clean her teeth.  She had no cavities too!  Hooray for clean teeth!

After the appointments, we went to Mimi and Poppy's--we had spent the night with them--and had lunch.  The kids played the Wii.  Well, J played and K pretended to play.  She wanted to stand on the board with J so we got her a stool.

After lunch, the kids jumped on the trampoline for a bit before we had to head home.

When we got home, we found Papaw, Mamaw, and Seth taking out our kitchen cabinets.  J found a walking stick on the porch.  He was so proud of himself for picking it up!  He asked me to take his picture.  K had just woken up and I love her hair after she wakes up!  She was happy to see her Mamaw!

No Cavities!

Both kids had their teeth cleaned today.  J loves going to the dentist!  Dr. M is the best and we are so lucky to have such a great pediatric dentist so close.  K went for the first time today and wasn't quite as thrilled as her big brother.  I got a couple of pictures though.  Dr. M and his assistants like for the kids to come back without their parents so this was my first time to be able to get a picture of J and he's been going to the dentist since he was two!  They both did great and have perfect, cavitiy free teeth.
