All Star Tournament

J is an All Star! He fell asleep on the way to the opening ceremonies. Good thing he wasn't playing last night!

It was a double elimination tournament and they played two games. It was hot and we were happy to get to go home. J played great! They have played coach pitch all year and the tournament was pitching machine. It was different and they weren't quite ready but they did their best. 

Baseball Tournament

J was asked to play baseball in a one day double elimination tournament today. He was very excited and had a great time. It was a hot, long day for the rest of us but his little team won the tournament! His sisters were awesome and hung in there all day. This is one momma that is sure glad we don't do this every weekend!

K was happy to have her buddy L around.

More Baseball

This boy loves playing ball! He was so excited that he didn't miss all of the make up games while we were on vacation. 

K got to sit in the dugout during one game. She's so sweet about going to all of the hot games.

We found friends one night. K was very happy to see G and J. We sat on the opposing side so they could visit.

K had a visit with the doctor for fever and congestion.

Baseball Photo Shoot

J and I had a little fun at the ball park the other night. We were looking for a good place to take team photos and I got some fun shots of him. He looks so big! I take his team photos this week before the game. Wish me luck!

Baseball Begins

J had his first two baseball games today. He moved up to 7 and 8 year old ball this year. It is coach pitch and guess who gets to pitch?! That's right...Blake. He did great and J hit an in the park home run at this first at bat. They crowd oohed and awed! It was awesome! He also caught a fly ball. We are pretty proud of our little slugger!

The sweet girl slept through both games. She woke up for the picnic in between though. We are happy to have Mrs. Kathy's sunbonnet!

She wishes she were out on the field but she did great cheering for her brother. 

A special treat the Easter bunny forgot about! It was a beautiful day for a bunny tooth pop.
