11 Months Old

K is only one month away from being one year old!  My how time passes.  She has grown so much and has such a big personality.  She keeps things very interesting at our house and keeps my on my toes.  I think we spend a majority of our time chasing her and keeping her out of things.  She is very busy! 

She is walking very well and has pretty much given up crawling.  She loves to chase J and play with him.  Her favorite toys are things with wheels.  She makes a little car noise and pushes trains, cars, and trucks around on the floor right beside her big brother.  We laugh that she doesn't have any girl toys but she did find the lone Barbie doll yesterday and carried it around for a while.
 

She loves everything she eats and loves to eat everything!  She wants whatever I'm eating and if I give her something she doesn't want, she will spit it in her hand and give it back to me.  She can drink out of a sippy cup by herself but we don't give her one very often because she is still nursing. 

She gives kisses, waves bye bye, and plays peek a boo.  She talks on the telephone, brushes her hair with anything that looks like a brush, and moos at the cows.  She likes to empty baskets one thing at a time and fill up baskets one thing at a time.  She opens drawers and cabinets and if they are hard to open she will yell at them. 

She is still very much a momma's girl but she is getting friendlier and is beginning to give attention to others.  Especially if she knows they will give her a bite or take her outside. 

K is such a wonderful little spitfire and we love her so very much!
