We did one winter experiment (I know, I know...I'm falling down on the job!) J helped me prepare the ice in the bowls. We checked them every five minutes or so to see which melted the fastest. Ice with salt melts the fastest and ice by itself was the slowest. J liked watching them change each time we looked at them.
