Mimi came to visit last Thursday morning. J was so excited when she pulled into the drive that he fell off the bottom step and scraped his ankle. After the hysterics, he had a great time playing with Mimi. They played games in his room. Then they read a ton of books in the living room.
K was asleep when Mimi arrived but woke up close to lunch time. She played in the floor and showed Mimi her new tricks. She scooshed and sat up and jabbered.
We went to lunch before Mimi had to head home. It was a nice visit and J really had a good time.
Saturday, B and J filled up a bowl full of water balloons to throw at each other. It takes so long to fill them and so little time to burst them. J loves it though! They ended up getting the water hose out too and sprayed each other. They were both soaked but had fun cooling off on such a hot day.
