After a nap, we went to Gram's to dye eggs and have dinner. J did a really good job this year. He was slightly more patient and turned the eggs around in the dye to make sure they looked good. K jumped right in...with her hands! She used the dippers to stir the dye and her hands to pick up the eggs. She cracked a couple of the eggs and poked her fingers in them. She had red dye dripping down her arms, on her legs, and even on her face! But she loved it!
We used KoolAid to dye our eggs this year and I love the way they turned out. The colors change a little after they sit out for a while but I think we will do it again next year. I found the idea
