J with cousins O and J
J with cousin G...He loves G and crawls all over him when he is around. I can't believe how grown up he is looking. I remember when he was three and crawled all over everybody!
Look at K's cute black hat! It was really windy and cool so we had to dig out jackets and hats that were already packed away.
Sleeping after the egg hunt.
What a sad face! The hunt was over and we had just told him we were leaving.
We had a great time hunting eggs and being with our church friends. J is so lucky to have so many buddies his age at church and K will have a lot too.
After the egg hunt, we went home to nap. Then we went to Mamaw and Papaw's to grill burgers. Luke was home so J gathered up all of his baseball gear and dressed in appropriate attire so he could play ball with his uncle. Check out my little Mariano Rivera! (For those of you who don't know, Mariano plays for the New York Yankees as a closing pitcher. He is lovely!) J throws high and fast.
After Luke kept throwing the ball back to him because he was throwing it too high, J decided he would bat. These pictures are kind of blurry but you can still see Seth's overalls. I love it when he wears them because he reminds me of Poppa.
Sunday we had lunch at Mamaw and Papaw's after worship. Luke went back to school and last night was the Bible Bowl. After worship, we went out to the fellowship building and 22 of our school age kids participated in the Bible Bowl. They went boys against girls this time and the boys won. J sat on the second row next to Granny and had a blast watching the kids answer the questions. He wanted to go stand with the boys but we made him sit down. He thinks he is ready to participate. Papaw said if I read the questions to him every day, he would be ready.
It was a great weekend! I hope you all had a good weekend too!
